Small agreements that make a big difference

Agree on a code word you can use if you need to check that you are actually speaking with each other.
That you can always call them if you are unsure about something on the computer or phone.
That you may always ask before clicking anything if you receive a message with a link.
That you always call each other before anyone sends money.
That no one should feel embarrassed about being in doubt - and that it is always okay to ask.
